Yes, these terms apply to all accounts where access is available under local Indian law. It is your responsibility to confirm that using this platform is permitted in your specific state or territory before opening an account with us.

We do not change terms silently. Any amendment is communicated to your registered email address before it takes effect. If you continue using your account after that notice, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms in full.
